We had a day off, installed Jess in kinderkarten, and we were free for 6 hours. Had arranged to give some guys a lift up the mountain to get past the huge gondola queue, dropped them at the hidden lift and we parked up at Shilli.
Skied down to the top of the gondola to get pass and straight onto the Tomba chair to the top. Dropped into the Todorka bowl, lumpy off piste so went in search of some soft snow, long story short, after much struggling through bushes there is none, unless you climb ...

That said we had some good runs, under the old T bar on top is skiing really well, and most sides of the pistes. Heavy and inconsistant in the trees with not great cover. All in all not a bad day, my legs telling me i have been skiing
Could do it all again tomorrow if i wanted, but i'll save myself until we have more snow.

SteveWhats the local forecast for snow next week ? Have a mate out on 6th for the first visit.
