Work, work, work.... the hell of it
Take yesterday, up at 06.30, dig out the bus, clean it off of all the new snow (about 30cm), load up 4 Irishmen and brave the mountain road to the Bezbog lift down in Dobriniste...
Slippy slidey all the way up, first to the car park, lift about to start, don our gear, and away... Snow absolutely hammering down, temperature dropped to around -20 near the top, wind had picked up, quick coffee in the hut, and off................
POWDER HEAVEN ...

POWDER HEAVEN
30 - 40cm on piste, untracked, the trees and under the lift, waist high, and skiable, ultra light champagne, over the head shots, forgiving soft powder that lets you have fun, turning through tree lined groves, opening into meadows of deep glorious powder, dragging hands, popping your tips and diving back in... and no people (well ok, 1 or 2) but mostly just us, laying tracks only to come back and find them almost covered again on the next visit....
What a day, and i get paid for this, yep, work is hell
