With the weather forecasts as the are, do we stand a chance of landing in Sofia?? Wink Wink Wink Booze

Who know's. It happened to me one year and I landed in Plovdiv which is only 2 hours away instead of 4 from Sofia

Due to wether conditions and location you have more chances to land in Sofia rather than in Plovdiv (two weeks ago due to fog in Plovdiv flights due to Plovdiv landed in Sofia and Burgas).

Actually all flights due to land after 5pm to both Plovdiv and Sofia were diverted to Bougas - Nightmare took us 20 hours to get to Borovets!!
