Ok never been on a skiing holiday before but by what i've read so far is it true you dont really need to dress up to go out to the bars and clubs at night? Im a 20 year old girl whos speciality is dressing up! ! do I just need to take casual/ smart clothes?
Went skiing for the first time last year and brought some really girlie strappy sandels, tops and the shortest of skirts!!! Needless to say I never ever took them out of my luggage for several reasons:
1. It was freezing.. I mean so cold that even the thought of going out in sandals was enough to give you frost bite!!
2. The ice and slush on the roads makes for a very uncomfortable walk to the pub.
3. After a really tough days skiing you don't really fancy getting dressed ...
Hi Gem,
Went skiing for the first time last year and brought some really girlie strappy sandels, tops and the shortest of skirts!!! Needless to say I never ever took them out of my luggage for several reasons:
1. It was freezing.. I mean so cold that even the thought of going out in sandals was enough to give you frost bite!!
2. The ice and slush on the roads makes for a very uncomfortable walk to the pub.
3. After a really tough days skiing you don't really fancy getting dressed up- or even, dare I say it.. go out!!!
4. Nobody (that I saw) dresses up... although I believe that there are some bars that are very dancy!!
Tip.. bring one or two tops.. that will be enough to keep em happy!! bra tops go really well with ski-pants!!
