What do you think I should do?

Arron is lying asleep on the hard office floor. He has been drinking since 12 midday. Do you think i should leave him there all night or should i make him go to bed. i am tempted to leave him there. i know its nothing to do with Bulgaria or skiing but I just wanted to name and shame him!
