Of course there is crime everywhere - however certain types of crime i.e. Mafia within Govt/influencing Govt is a concern to any potential investor & I have a couple of places there myself so I have no vested interest in Rubbishing the place however I find it worrying especially if the EU hold back the huge grants to upgrade the infrasture. Imagine how many jobs will be at risk...
So far Ive been very impressed - when I first went the road was shockingly bad ...
