I have been to Pamporovo three out of the last four years and have always had good snow. Can Pamps Pete or anyone else tell me if this is the worst year ever for skiing conditions. Is the trend that a late start means loads of snow in February / March. I have not booked up yet as I would be so frustrated to get there and all the runs are closed.
What shall I do - book up the last week in February, go to Canada or America who have buckets of the stuff or leave it a year?

Irrelevent of what Pamps or anywhere else is like, you can't leave it a year! There is snow, you just got to find it!A year without skiing?!?!?! horrible thought...
