What is on the bottom of the rila slope

Wondering if anyone knows what is at the bottom of the Rila slope as on the webcam we can see a lot of something but not sure what it is, by the way we are only being nosey Booze Very Happy

It's the chairs from the 4-man - they are taking them all off, checking, repairing them etc etc in prep for the winter season.
