What to do in Bansko if not skiing

Just been reading last few posts and it looks like it could be one of those years! Off to Bansko next week with six year old and although I have been before and had a full weeks skiing I am just wondering what we can do if there is no skiing e.g. bomb, wet, gondola closed, etc. Don't recall much else to do but wondered about transport elsewhere, etc? Is there a disney nearby...

well there is nothing I went last week and my brother broke his arm on the first day !There are a lot of shops but after you've seen them theres not a lot there is the kempinski and you can book things in there and the strazhite has a bowling alley but its more than likely that you will ski all week anyway!!

i have to disagree with u there, theres plenty to do, there are hundreds of spas all over the region, which are lovely. theres also horse ridin in the region. Plus theres loads of great places to visit, remember Greece is only an hour away, why not pop there for lunch. I know many an expat who do, me included. even easier now were in the EU. David.

Oh yeah by the sounds of it Bansko may also be shut tomo, but it doesnt matter as i've just told u theres loads to do. Very Happy
