Seriously though, as I said before, (Iam female!)Jeans, waterproof comfy shoes/boots, and a warm jacket. It's FREEZING walking around from pub to pub. I wore longsleeved top, jumper, warm jacket, scarf gloves and beanie, then just peel off the layers whenever indoors.
