Whats the deal with web cam

Supposed to be snowing all mornig yet webcam shows exactly same pictures at 10 and 12!

Don't blame him for the web cam. he's already admitted that it has a life of it's own and is doing it's own thing

i had the two images up and if you look close enough. the 12 o clock one the snow is slightly melting.

Actually not.
If you look closely you will notice that the tree branches are a bit heavier on the 12 o'clock picture and the snow on the small house does seem a bit thicker.
The dark spots on the foreground seem to be people playing in the snow....
That 's my estimate at least.
Bad thing is I dont know what the camera is showing. It obiously doesnt show a piste like the borocam but does anyone know more about what we actually see in the camera?
