When does the snow start falling

Does anyone know when it usually starts snowing in Bansko/Bulgaria and is the snow record for mid jan ok

Usually skiiable by the very end of Dec, Jan was horrible this year but its usually OK.

snow falls from the sky when it gets really cold when it snows really heavy it just seems to pile up it can get to be 3 foot deep in places and it also comes in handy for when you want to ski or make slush puppies

When its cold (but not too cold) and the precipitation falls as other than rain!!!!!
