Where are the Thursday curry nights I read about?

So - where are the Thursday night curry specials? I love curry and Chinese but living in Greece - they are only a reality if I cook them (I suppose this is the same for expats in Bulgaria)! Hubby wants me to book another night just so he can eat curry...... worth another night or not ..... please remember I don't get any chance to eat curry unless I make it! Not very ski related but in Bansko all the same!

James at the Avalon Hotel does his curry nights, though i thought it was Tuesdays ?? They are super no matter what night it is

If it's tuesday I can go without asking for an extra night!
will try and find out. I wanted to join another forum where I read about it but I requested access - no response - maybe they've already heard about me! LOL

absolutely. james is a top guy. I went in on a friday last season. i had missed the curry night by one day....he filled a plastic container up with three different curries, a bag of rice and a massive naan, charged us 20 lev and we ate it at our apartment with a few bottles of beer. i eat in curry houses alot back home and i have to say it was georggggggeous. need to go back this season to take his tubs back.....defo plan to eat in this year though.....enjoy

we stayed at the Avalon two seasons ago, i was looking forward to the curry night but by the time we arrived and asked it was fully booked so it may be best to email or ask a few weeks ahead, the season before we had the curry night and it is the best, it would put all the curry houses in the uk to shame.

I've already emailed James - just got to see if hubby wants to add another day on and IF the apartment is available - wow the guy's got fans!
