Where does it go?

When it's snowing and is windy at the same time where does the snow go?

Surely the snow that has blown away it is replaced with snow that is blown there!

It will collect on natural mountain gullies, couloirs, drifts or any feature that will act as a "cathment". High winds during snowfall also create very dangerous wind slab avalanche conditions, though for on-piste skiing this wouldn't be an issue.

here here arron... lol... all the snow blew away on Sat when we were there... snowed friday and the wind was just picking it up and sweeping it away... oh and melting it Very Happy

Still had fun though... would definately go back

Lets just hope the snow conditions are amazing for on and off-piste skiing come the middle of feb...
