Where is this webcam?

Hi,

a (new?) webcam has appeared on the Borovets weather page on digsys.bg: http://weather.digsys.bg/dynimages/photo_48_1.jpg

It's the most frequently updated Webcam I've seen in Borovets - there's a video archive on the parent page, which seems to indicate that it takes a snapshot every 10 minutes or so.

But, does anyone recognise the view?

It's from Peter Popangelov's restuarant - just next to the Ice Angels hotel, looking across to the far nursery slopes
