re: Where next??????

Just so you know, the grade system works A - D, with D being the best. You should have found this out at the presentation night. The top level groups probably got to the D or even D+ carving. You have a long way to go........

re: Where next??????

As IMT has said grade A is beginers that's what everyone gets on their first year. I think you'll have to wait a while yet before getting that far ahead of yourself - Good luck anyway!

No offence meant by anyone who has answered your posting - just that for someone who has never skied before and then comes onto a public site boasting that they are "olympic" standard after just one week should realise that there are serious skiers out there and novices who feel belittled by comments such as yours who will undoubtedly take offence or question the contents of your posting. I myself am an accomplished skier but it has taken several years to get to where I am right now - you may be a fast learner but like one comment read - all beginners get a grading similar to the one you received. Know what its like though when you take up a new sport and appear good at it - it makes you very confident of your abilities, but likewise - I have learnt the hard way and still do not class myself as a top class skier. Hope you continue to happily progress.
