Where to eat and drink ?

Hi folks,
Just 12 days to wait till I go to Bansko - WAHOOO !!
Can anyone recommend any good bars and/or restaurants.
We are staying at the Pirin - what's the food like there - some people say that hotel food can be a bit bland - is this correct ?

Also is there any local food that is a must to try ?
