I think we can enjoy both if you ask me! I certainly look at this site each day just to check if I can help out in anyway.Also I'm not sure it is Banknote's intention to let this site go to the dogs after all they are a Travel Agency which as yet is not a service he is able to provide.
The main thing that I find restrictive is that they will delete advise that they feel is against their commercial interests but could be in the best interest of the enquirer.

I've been sitting back watching this thread with interest, and feel I must make a comment. I've not posted on here for a while, because I don't really see it as fair when I have my own site running.
Bulgariaski.com IS the number 1 bulgarian wintersports website !
I simply cannot compete with it, which is good for me, as I do not intend to !
Obviously, in selling my DVD's I have a commercial interest in my site, and in the future there may be others, but let's be honest, compared to ...

I've been sitting back watching this thread with interest, and feel I must make a comment. I've not posted on here for a while, because I don't really see it as fair when I have my own site running.

I simply cannot compete with it, which is good for me, as I do not intend to !
Obviously, in selling my DVD's I have a commercial interest in my site, and in the future there may be others, but let's be honest, compared to BGski I am an enthusiastic amateur.
My site is simply an alternative. If anyone wants to promote their property or service on my site, they are welcome to providing they play an active part in helping others who come to it with tips and information.
Compare the two sites mine does not offer hotels,flights, ski hire,lift passes transfers etc etc etc if you need that take a look on here, if you just want to have someones honest uncensored opinion of a particular hotel,bar,restaurant, or need to find something that is independant, have a look on my forum.
Now can we stop this "my dads bigger than yours" nonsense, before it gets out of hand?, and get on with what we are all here for, and all enjoy, Bulgaria!

As I said earlier I believe there is plenty of room for the two sites (or more!) and we all have the choice which ones we use.
For most people surely the more information available the better and more than one will ensure different angles on most subjects.
With so many Posters involved we have a wealth of knowledge and experience between us, though not necessarily individually, which can only be of benefit to newcomers interested in the facilities ...

It is interesting that someone posted the same question on Beach Bulgaria about 50 times and then typed in a load of rubbish.I have deleted them all and banned the user. I'll keep a close watch on this poster
