Which resort?

My boyfriend and i are planning on booking a late deal to bulgaria in the very near future. What i was wondering is which resort would suit us best? We are 23 and 26, beginner snowboarders. We havn't decided whether or not to book lessons yet. We are mainly going to snowboard but would also like somewhere pretty lively at night. Can you suggest which resort would be most suitable for us. Thanks in advance.

re: Which resort?

Is there any difference in the amount of snow the resorts get? I think we would be better off somewhere that had plenty. The last time i went snowboarding it was in Scotland and there was a lot of ice - i don't fancy repeating some of the falls i had then! Confused

re: Which resort?

You will get various people rating the various resorts on here, I'm going to Pamp for the first time 21st Feb, so Pamp HAS to be the best place - wild nightlife and great snow...... no contest for me.

re: Which resort?

went to pamp last year, it was a mint holiday only about 5 places to drink but the white hart was a good night. going back to bulgaria in 2weeks but trying borovets this time, definately recommend you book lessons, it gives you a chance to meet other skiiers, who will make the night life more interesting, local instructors who are real friendly and can give you info on where to go, plus they organised a ski night on the last night in the white heart where every1! went and we all got p*ssed ...

The beer is cheep, the people are friendly and we decided to go back... so it cant be bad! 41 of us going 31/1/03 - get to borevets then!!!
