Yes it is true, the White Heart is no more, it had no permission to open, the land in which it sits on, is actually owned by a UK couple living in Chepelare, they have never given concent for the building, it was built illegally and after several years of battling through the courts it has closed, the case continues. There are many other places to party so don't worry, Pamps has more to offer than the white heart. or was that the black heart Very Happy
