Saskia - you got a 13 yr old boy too, We've stayed at Lion before but in Apts this time. We have 15 yr girl and 13 and 8 yr old boys. Where u flying from ?

Gatwick to Sofia on Saturday - 1.30pm flight

Got 5 kids in our party - 7, 13, 13, 17,19 - All boys I am afraid!

We fly Sun 08.35 Heathrow - Sofia

The Lion is good - nice bathrooms. The pool/sauna/steam room good too.

We shall be eating out every night in the old town mehanas with the kids. The youngest is a bit of a fussy eater - but hunger may get the better of him!

Better flights than ours and seems we will be in mass bundle for the ski rental on Sunday morning which you won't have to endure - Which tour operator are you travelling with or have you arranged it yourself?

I've done it all myself online on this site. I phoned the airline direct to book flights for us all. We are buying our own place on "the building site" lol, so maybe i'm a bit biased with Bansko in that me and hubby have an investment to protect but people don't realise this is how all the big French resorts progressed. In 5 years - no 3 years time there will be new ski runs in the nearby towns, new gondola, chairlifts etc.
