Slimey toe rags still don't want to refund our deposit - they think arriving in resort at Pamps at 2/3am instead of as originally planned is ok - and fine. Want to start complaining at a higher level now.
Pete, do you remember who you got all your letters from after last years screw ups
No one is in charge. I tried to complain about something else and got no where. very very difficult but, Balkan couldn't do the two weeks I wanted whereas Crystal could. C'est La Vie.
Please read your terms and conditions that you agreed to when you paid the deposit. They are only liable to refund the deposit if the change of flight times is more than 12 hours. If this is not the case, it does not matter who you complain to, you will never see your deposit again.
Seems to me a bit naughty of crystal ski. Advertising a flight time and then not actually being able to secure it. Bit of a carrot to get your deposit money dont you think? Or am I just cynical. Did they ever have these flights? Or is this just a standard tour operator tactic?
Bitter? Maybe.....
Judith do as I done with Cosmos. Log onto the home page and after a bit of searching you should be able to find a list of Directors usually under company info. Address your complaint to the MD and not customer services it worked for me!!
good luck with your problem. i try to work with these types of companies everyday (as a travel agent) and they are real buggers and rarely refund. I do think that daniel snells idea is a good one if you want to persue it further. all the best and enjoy your holiday.
Just to let you all know, ended up e-mailing customer relations at World of TUI (parent company for Crystal, Thomson, Lunn Poly etc.) told them the facts, didn't even give them my holiday rference number but within 15 minutes I had an e-mail to say we will look into this and less than half an hour later, they rang me to say that they would cancel the holiday free of charge and refund the deposits.
have you heard a company to refund a deposit? If you have visited any university even once you would learn that a deposit is paid to reserve sth and it is not refundable
