Why is it so warm
dear weather can you please just cool down and bring lots of snow instead of rain for everyone, and preferably in Bansko (especially the village) before i come out on the 26th

On a serious note, having only been Bulgaria twice before, and Bansko last year... does it tend to get warm in the village and not have snow, or does all of it normally stay below zero, and it's just freak weather?

You couldn't exactly say Bansko has been warm, for the time of year maybe, but every night it drops below zero, and rarely gets above 4 or 5 in the day... the mountain normally 6-10 degrees lower... it has been unseasonably warm, but it will snow at around zero, much more important, unlike periods last season when it was to cold (-24 in Bansko one day) to snow... Temps now getting back to normal, and the snow has arrived, into our 2nd day on and off, the big fall expected tomorrow night. ...
