Why does no one want to take my money?

I have tried to book a hol for myself and 10 friends for feb at the rila and am wondering why I dont seem to get any contact back through this website??

I even rang them to be told to send another email, After sending my 3rd email I am now a bit worried.

Anyone else have problems booking through this website?

Sadly loads of people have reported exactly the same problem as you! Give up and try the tour ops if they cant be arsed to take your hard earned dosh mate. Confused

I'm booking now - making some progress but having to chase em up. But prices on invoice don't match on Website..hmmm..
and what is this 'Resort Fee' of 5 euros pp and Bank commission
charge of 4.2% ????. There's nothing about this on the website is there?

Mmm! Yes I see what you mean.That wasn't really the intention as I was not plugging for myself but going to just offer a list of contacts as alternative to the Rila.But i do appreciate that like it or not it will be viewed as advertising.Sad really as we have no need for advertising to be honest we get a steady stream of bookings via repeat and word of mouth.
