WiFi in Borovets - questions?

I know this has been asked here before, but I can't find anything much when searching, although it seems the Lion Hotel has it.

So is there anywhere actually in the centre of Boro my daughter can use - she's a facebook freak, and Saturday is Valentine's Day so she's got to be online LOL!

If it is available in a hotel or bar, will she need a password or something? As a non-resident will she be allowed?

Cross the road from R/Plaza, and enter the Rila complex. Keep walking up the enclosed area (where borosport have there ski depots) and there is an internet place there at the end of the walk way area.
Chilli peppers have wi fi along with heaps of other places in Boro.

The Rila have free wi-fi in the reception area, plenty of people sat there with laptops.
