Will Tomba stay open next week?

Heading back to Bansko on 31st Jan! Can't wait, snow conditions look great!

Went to Bansko last year and missed out on skiing Tomba - I went at end of Feb just before the big race weekend, so it was closed all week.

I've heard thre next big race is on the 27th Feb, so what's the chances of it staying open next week? Any ideas?

If that's true, that's bad news!
But banskoski.com says it's open again, after closing for a couple of days last week.

If anyone's been up the mountain in past day or two, can yoo confirm, thanks!

please can somone update i too go this weekend and look foward to skiing this piste/run is it open is it shut

Im hoping so too as im there from sunday, its showing open on banskoski. I read on here i think that last year it closed two weeks before the event to prep it

OK, thanks for feedback. Let's keep our fingers and everything else crossed, for lots more snow and at least 1 more week of Tomba!!

(Just to be on the safe side, I'll ski Tomba on day 1, in case in closes!)

I'll be happy if i get one run down it on sunday. Chalin valog rest of the week. It's so annoying to look up at a run your not allowed to ski down.

me too i think i will ski on the first day and see how the rest of week goes
