Will it snow?

This is going to be a short forecast update:
Fresh snow is still on the cards from the 24th January until about the 30th January of varying intensities. Temperatures will start dropping from about the same time (24th Jan). However, temperatures start to rise again from about the 31st January until about the 3rd February when they start to drop again.
Fresh snow looks likely again from about the 3rd February. However, that is still quite a way off in weather terms, so watch this space ...

I'm still confident that I will be skiing on a decent layer of fresh snow during my week in Bansko - 27th January!

Does this apply to all resorts?Going to Pamps on 27th and I am built for being chair lifted up mountains and gliding back down certainly not walking.
God if you are listening I have bought a rug pointed towards Pamps and started praying so its over to you.

Sounds good! Fingers crossed that if it does change it's only for the better and shows more snow.Hornster, will be there the same time as you, look out for us on the slopes, I'm the little boarder with a bright pink board probably spending most of the time on me bum
and in the night I'll be the one getting carried out of the bars by the other half much to his delight!

Good news Hornster, we are in Bansko from 27th. can't wait, its our first time skiing in Bulgaria so really excited as heard so many great things.re: Will it snow?
Bansko is great - honestly. You will love it. My only recommendation would be to NOT just stay in your hotel in the evenings or hover to bars etc arounnd your hotel, but to actually go and explore the old town part of Bansko as the Mehana's (restaurants) are the best. re: Will it snow?
Hope it's a good dump for you hornster..Pamps will need about 50 cm i rekon...

Yea we are definately going to explore the old town, we are staying at the Hotel Lion so not sure how far away that is. What is the shops like in Bansko, need some new sunnies for skiing was thinking of getting them there if poss??
