Oh man, I'm stressed! We only have like three weeks before we arrive in Borovets and now the weather forcast is for rain. Went to Pas De La Casa in Andorra last Christmas. It was covered in snow and snowed Christmas day too! Checked out the Alps weather earlier. Snow on ground now with heavier falls predicted. I chose Bulgaria because it was cheap. Nope, cause I'm a lucky sod. Everywhere I have ever been the weather has been just perfect. In the summer everywhere I go the weather is superb. Last year, first winter abroad the snow fell perfect. It might be dodgy at the moment but as soon as I hit Borovets the heavens will open and it will snow like no tomorrow. I know it. See you all on the slopes 3.1.04!!
WE GO TO BOROVETS IN 11 DAYS, WE TOO R REALLY WORRIED THAT WE WILL SEE NO SNOW, ESPECIALLY IN THE RESORT, APART FROM THE SKIING WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WAKING UP TO A WHITE XMAS, NO BORING OLD RAIN LIKE BACK HOME, DO ANYONE KNOW IF IT WAS WHITE LAST YEAR??/
We'll be there on the 3rd Jan as well. Looks like it's going to be beer time instead of board time unless the weather bucks up.
I found this link that's pretty cool http://weather.digsys.bg/c/dynimages/photo_48_51.jpg
