Winter or summer holidays??

just interested to know how many people out there prefer a winter skiing holiday to a sun holiday, only ever been away in summer and really looking forward to it

I enjoy both, if I could only afford 1 I don't really know which 1 I would give up Hubby says no choice summer would have to go Last year we said that would be our last for a couple of years then maybe try the States or Canada but we got on the gondilier the first day and he said no way book when we get back!!! so off we are again on the 5th feb to Pamps once to start it's hard to give upre: Winter or summer holidays??
i much prefer winter holidaysi personnaly hate lying on a beach allday in to hot weather when its just to hot to do anything
i like beingin the snow and happy where i can put more layers on if i feel cold rather than to hot and being unable to cool off

The summer holiday would have to go.In fact, some years it hasn't taken place.
In eleven years I've only missed one year on the slopes, I boy, did I miss it!
Already booked for next year - and we haven't been this year yet!

2day back from first ever skiing hols!No going back 2 sun loungers.... looking on line now to try and squeeze a week in feb or march!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been fortunate enough to have 2 Holidays in Bulgaria over the last year 1 in Summer and the other on the slopes, I'm not a beach type person at the best of times so now my main Holiday will always be a Winter Sports Holiday - Much more to do than just lazing around on a beach - Also I've noticed you get nicer people on Winter Holidays.Have fun
