Woman’s Downhill Championship

Hi,

We were looking to book up for Bansko for the 21st February for the week but just noticed that the woman’s downhill is on that week.
As we have never been before was just looking for opinions if it is still be worth going at this time or will the championship close a lot of the runs, basically does the championship take over or have you still got plenty of skiing?

Any help much appreciated.

Plenty of skiing but far more people going up the mountain, so bigger lift queue for morning gondola, personally I'd go a different week.
