I am just wondering if anybody out there has had an update on Woodlands Springs Apartments, in BanskoWe have bought an apartment, but as yet the development has not been finished.
The developers e.g. Nigel Hole etc. are out in Bansko at St.Davids stationed at the moment.
Any information would be grateful.

We are in a similar situation to others having invested in a Bansko apt with Britannia. Issues for us:-
- paid 3 out of 4 installments back in 2009
- advised of delays little positive communication since
- spoke with Nigel in July and stated I would meet him anywhere in UK or Bulgaria. He knew when I was in Swansea and when I would be in Bulgaria (nil meeting to date)
- told I would get details of alternative (better) apt in July, financing and contract detils, ...

- Arrived in Bansko today, Woodland Springs and surrounding area is not in good shape
- Called Bulgaria office, no answer. Have mailed Zarka and Nigel stating I will meet them anywhere in Bulgaria, nil reply as yet.
- I am traveliing to Bourgas tomorrow, will go to Varna, Sunny Beach, Sozopol to seek them out
We have only just become aware of the forum, is there a purchasers meeting set up at all, we should meet somewhere to have open meeting with others in same boat. Britannia have refused to do this to date

Hi Dave,I have removed your phone number from your post - just in case someone gets hold of it that shouldn't and you get problems.
Gaynor & Christian - (or anyone else that wants to get in touch) if you click on Dave's email address (in blue) you can send him a mail and then pass numbers etc between you in private.

Hi,Have you tried Offplancollective.com ? I see there is an entry for Woodland Springs on there, so another owner has already posted a comment although non-owners cannot see it as the thread is only visible to owners.
Usually bad form to mention another site on here, but as far as I am aware it is not in competition with Bulgariaski in any way.
Hope you can make some progress.

Yes there are 6 - very quiet on there though at the moment. Dave I have copied your post onto the OPC forum so that the others can see it. If you can register on the forum I will give you access to the WS private section where you can communicate in private with the other WS investors.
