Working Out

Anybody want to come up with any good skiing workout excercises Confused

Just started my routine - got a full set of weights which I use daily for about 45 mins, then on the excercise bike for 10 miles then finishes with the excercise ball for another 30 mins.

Hard going, but it pays to be prepared for the onslaught to come Very Happy

What preparation do you do?

(Waits for all the drinking excersise replies Razz)

I've got a step machine in the attick which i'll be getting down today. Bit late as only 3 weeks to go.

I go to the gym 3/4 times a week & do an hours cardio then 30-40 mins weights/abs exercises.

I try to do this all year but sometimes it goes down to 2/3 times pw depending what else it going on at home,etc.

Gotta agree PP it certainly helps.

sorry Pete ill be doing hand to mouth excersizes in my office with hot coffee and Galaxy, its a tough job but someone has to do it Wink

With Paul on that, snow plough all the way it soon tightens the muscles. Very Happy
I'm tell a porky now admit to 3 to 4 mile walk and cross country excerciser. Sad
