Well folks, even I am becoming concerned about my trip 4 weeks away! Current set up is showing non stop dry, mild weather for the forseeable (which is two weeks). Very little snow about, even for the hoped for change later week 15/1......still, things can change beyond the 5-7 day horizon, and if they do I will let you know.basically this coming week is no snow, and just getting warmer. Really sorry but don't shoot the messanger.

no matter how much you worry, it won't make any snow. If there is no snow, just go out and find the real bulgaria, don't waste your trip. Either that or

benson, do you not reckon that the much anticipated shift (for the better) around the 25/16th Jan will happen?All signs are still there that is could happen, although, it isn't giving much away one way or the other.

ps.....just to re inforce the possible changes that can happen...i have a friend who is going to alp d'huez the week after i go to pamp....until YESTERDAY up to 50cm of snow was forecast for thu fri.......amount now forecast is zero....although I would have liked it to have gone the other way as of course it means systems about...
anyway....if you have seen any skiing on eurosport over the last 3 days you can see that all of europe is in the same boat...even raining is some resorts now.. ...

Hornster-at the mo it looks like only a temp low giving some precip, then the HP restores itself. the 'hoped for' change keeps sitting right at the two week mark-never gets any nearer...still lets hope eh!re: Worried
benson, yes, I think that you may be right. Although, every fibre in my body is hoping that the LP is more substantial than what we both foresee!!
