Worth giving Pamps or B'sko a try?

Hi,

My wife and I have had 2 ski hols, both in Borovets. We now love skiing and have had a great time, but was wondering if it's worth trying somewhere different?

What are the pro's and cons of Pamps and B'sko over Borovets, or is it better the devil you know?

Thanks for your time, really appreciated.

i dont know about borovets but pmaporovo has too many tourists to cope with...this lifts have to many ques...Bansko has gr8 nytlyf because of it being an actual town and is best for ski runs because it has the most overall marked runs and the ski lifts are only ever unbearably busy in the mornings

que = queue.

I have to say that the queues were very long when I have been there. This was at Christmas and at school holiday times though and it is pretty much the same at the bottom of the gondola in Bansko.When you get up in the mountain the queues disappear.

Think you have your answer there - it has to be Bansko!

I got caught in queues last year as it was busier than the year before and on holiday weekend BUT as Dave says, once up the gondola then it is virtually queue free.

I prefer Bansko but the queues for the gondla can be terrible we got there about 8.30 every morning to beat them, if I can find the picture that we took last year of the queue I will post but it looks like a made rush at the harrods sale!!!!!!!!!
