XMAS 2006

Help i am looking to book for xmas 06 - 23/12 can anyone recommend where to stay in Bulgaria. It'll be me, my husband & 14 year son.
None of us have skied before so should be fun
Is there likely to be snow?

Hi Lynn

Snow can be a bit hit or miss at Xmas, this Xmas just gone it was great in Pamporovo.

Although I've skied Pamporovo 13 times I've never been at Xmas, but have booked it for this year. Also going out on 23rd from Bristol, staying at the Mourgavets.

Top 3 Hotels I would recommend in Pamporovo.

1. Mougavets
2. Pamporovo
3. Perelik

A great resort to learn in .......... and fun fun fun.

hi i have stayed in borovets for the past 3 years from the day after boxing day for a week and the snow has always been gr8

I went to Pamps for New Year this year and it was a bit icy for the first couple of days, but it snowed for 4/5 days on the run afterwards and was thick for the rest of the week.

if your beginners pamporovo is the place for you!!murgavets is a decent hotel in the centre of the town!!looks nice!i stayed in the prespa in january and i thot it was nice but as im a teenager i would stay anywhere!!your son will love pamporovo!im heading out on the 23/12 this year and i cant wait!i know a family who go to pamps every xmas and theyve always had good snow!

hi weve been to pamps twice before and have just booked for xmas 2006 we are staying at the murgavets this time last 2 times we have stayed at the finladia which was good but a bit out of the centre we learned to ski in pamps and found the instructures very good our 13 year oldson is already on red/black runs so hoping for plenty snow again

hi we've been to pamporovo for the last three years at xmas and we've already booked again for this year!We've stayed at the pamporovo but this year were going to stay at the oroletz,we had a look around this year and they showed us the roomsbut wherever you stay its great at xmas!!!
