Xscape - What do you all think?

Who's been to Xscape and tried out the indoor skiing? I went to the one near Castleford (Yorskshire) last year and found it to be a pleasan distraction from having to wait another 11 months for BG.
It was a little pricey but I couldn't fault the experience - a really good laugh - we chose 'quiet hours' and we almost had the place to ourselves/
Interested to hear anyone else has tried it out??

re: Xscape - What do you all think?

I did Xscape Castleford about 2 weeks before I went to Bansko this year. It gave me a good oportunity to remember what I learnt last year (my first skiing trip).

The best thing though was that before I went to Xscape I wasn't too excited about going but when I had done the Xscape thing I was so excited I nearly wet myself every time I thought about skiing - I forgot how good skiing is.

On the down side I agree it is a bit pricey but whilst it will never be as good as the real thing it ...

Gill -

We went from 12-2pm and got 2 hours for the price of one!
As far as I'm aware this is a 'permanent offer'!
