Hi JonJon,
We have never stayed there, but we have been to all accommodation in Borovets at some point - even if judt to meet people. It is absolutely fine - basic, but clean - and more like little 'wigwam' chalets. The only thing is that is quite a way out - you either walk the road or through the forest - about a 25minute walk. They do have a restaurant / bar onsite which is good as you prob won't want to do the walk after skiing all day...luckily they also provide shuttle buses!
