I've stayed at the Iglika twice so far, 3rd time in 129 sleeps. We have had to hire shops when we have been there, one was a 2 minute walk oposite the Rila, and the other was right next to the gondola station. I think it's down to your tour operator. The hotel is small and the staff have always been friendly. The food is good provided you get there close to serving up time, don't let it fester under the heat lamps. It may not look the greatest. but try everything, you'll be suprised.
