Young children in Pamporoveo

Booked a family deal to Pamporoveo on 8th Feb staying in the Snejanka hotel. Wife and I have been skiing for 20 years but its our first time to Bulgaria. Daughter is 3 ½ it will be her first skiing holiday. Any advice for families? General info says ski school starts at age 5. Anyone know if there is a ski kindergarten? Other questions are:

How much is lift pass booked locally?
Do all children need a pass?
Are good quality skis available for hire?

last year we took a little boy who was 3 1/2 who went 2 kindergarden but struggled 2 get him in however crystal hoilday did advertise 3 -8 year olds but this year balkan r sayin 5 years n over however da kindergarden was fab

our 6 1/2 year old did a couple of days kindergarten and then came with us on the last day. no problems whatsoever, cant say how wonderful our instructor was with him think she had a crush on him
