I believe that if you are only able to offer ski packages, transport, etc. to peoplebooking accommodation with you - you should make it clear!
Ok, there is a msg that appeared recently saying 'this prices are valid only if you book your accommodation with us ..'
but this still doesnt mean : 'We will not accept any bookings if you dont book accommodation' - a bit mean - dont you think?

I agree wholeheartedly - I was told last year that just booking ski pass etc. would not be a problem - that now seems to have all changed!!!! (Without any notice11) Glad that I didn't rely on what I was told!!!!Sparky

This message is very clear now especially as up until Christmas you were able to do just that - we thought that perhaps we had been caught out but have managed to make alternative arrangements.
We have pre booked a package through the Albena Ski School rather than Borosport - which is the company the majority of the major tour operators use. It is much cheaper than waiting until you get to the resort. We have got a very competitive price and if you want details then please ask. ...

Ellie,I'm travelling with my kids (10 & 6) on 25th Jan for 1 week to Pamps, as the kids have'nt been skiing before & we haven't been for 15...... years! I thought (wrongly as I think it turns out) that it would be easy to say get a lift pass & some family tuition for about 3 days (don't expect my legs could take much more!) when we get there.
Any suggestions as to what I can do now?

Don't wish to be unhelpful but I'm not at all familiar with the ways of Pamps. Do a new post and ask for help from the Pamp regulars
