A list of things you'll need to bring with you to Bulgaria:
1. Electricity (they are very partially to the old power outtage in Borovets)
2. Turnips (taxis there are of the horse & cart variety, and its always nice to have a little something for the hungry animal)
3. Pinstripe suit & spats (so you look like a gangster and the Bulgarian mafia will steer clear of you)
4. A funny hat (that's just a standard rule for skiing holidays)
5. A really stupid ...

5. A really stupid hat (to be sure its funnier than the funny hats mentioned above)
6. Navy or black salopettes, and a jacket that's not much more colourful (just to ensure you look the exact same as everybody else on the slopes and cannot be picked out from the crowd at a distance of more than 2 meters away)
7. Shades that look cool & expensive (they don't have to be cool or expensive, these will usually set you back 1p on eBay)
8. Designer ski gloves (you will be leaving these behind in a bar after (apres) apres ski, so its nice for the person who finds them to acquire a really nice pair of gloves)
9. High heels (the ladies in the lap dancing bars will gladly trade a good snowboard for a nice pair of Pradas.
10. Travellers cheques (no place will change them in Bulgaria, so you will have loads of money to take back home, don't worry, your friends will buy you beer)

6. Navy or black salopettes, and a jacket that's not much more colourful (just to ensure you look the exact same as everybody else on the slopes and cannot be picked out from the crowd at a distance of more than 2 meters away)
