i hope this isnt classed as advertising as im sure this issue has annoyed many in the past..

For 3 years i have requested at Villapark in Borovets that no charge should be made for using swimming pool and spa facilities as if with a family this can add another £40-£100 to your holiday. so anyway finally they have agreed with me so from now on the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna and fitness gym are all free to guests...

Well done. I wish all hotels would do the same. Next March will be my third stay at the Flora, swimming is free, but everthing else is so expensive.

I used the sauna once when i stayed at villa park last year and they tried to charge me 35 euros saying i'd been in every day.
I argued my case and finally after an hour just paid the 5 euro charge for the once i actually went in
