accomodation

We have just purchased a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment approx 56m2 in Bansko about 900m from the Gondola (70m from supermarket and 24 hr garage shop). Gym sauna and laundry on ground floor. Shuttle bus passes by regularly
Trying to decide on furnishings, particularly no of beds. Asked around and believe this distance from Gondola may attract mainly young people on lower budget who want min cost by getting max number of people in and would be happy with 2 sets of bunks in one room 2 singles ...

Trying to decide on furnishings, particularly no of beds. Asked around and believe this distance from Gondola may attract mainly young people on lower budget who want min cost by getting max number of people in and would be happy with 2 sets of bunks in one room 2 singles or a double in the other and a sofa bed in the lounge ie up to 8. 1 bathroom may make life interesting.
Alternative may be to replace bunks with 2 singles and settle for max 6 increases cost per person but also increases comfort.
Any families out there have any comments about the distance or bed configuration.
Any comments on which set up would be more appealing.

re: accomodation

hi terry we rent in france every year you dont say size of bedrooms how ever if you put 2 single beds together in the smallest room and 2 sets of bunks in largest ( or 1 set of bunks and 1 single ) this will give you a 5/6 berth we find it better to have less lounge furniture but look for a large dinning table a dish washer is a must hope this helps

re: accomodation

one word of warning depends on how much maintance you want to do every year as a rule you will get the same money for 2 people in your appartment as you will for 8, problems we have seen we own in spain have a double two singles and a bed settee, those who have gone for the cram as many as possible in seem to be replacing furniture on a regulas basis, depends on how much money you have but could cost you. Also people that will pay a bit more prefere a little bit better furniture and more of ...

re: accomodation

Are there any regulations(fire/heath & safety?) as to how many people you can have in a 2 bed flat.
