after kindergarten can ski?

anyone with experiace can please tell me if they can ski after couple of days (the kids that is) thought it would be nice last couple of days to take kids to upper slopes the older lads are having lessons but I have a little girl in kinda and they only learn for about 1 hr per day I think Did any of that make sense?

which resort ? we went to pamps first year with a 6 yr old who went to kindergarden he did very little skiing and would not have been able to ski on the upper slopes if i had my time again i would have either asked if he could have come with me as i was a beginer if not would have paid for private lessons they are not expensive .
ps he now leaves me for dead on the slopes .

Take your little one to your local slope. Im off to Telford with my 5year old next weekend to give him a head start before kindergarten. £4.50 per hour includes ski hire and lessons. The best fiver ever spent.

Thank you all, shes only 5 so wasnt allowed ski school Ill get her one to one then, were going in morning so no time for lessons and our new trafford centre slope thingy isnt quite built yet,cant wait now think I need to pack but Im usually glued to this site all night.

We had our daughter in kindergarten in Pamps as we were told she was too young for skiing, despite seeing many small/same age kids on slopes. In kindergarten they ski for one hour in the morning with skis only, no sticks, go to Perelik for lunch and play and back for tobagons in the afternoon. I took her up on the chair lift one day, they allowed me to take her skis and I hired sticks and we did some basic skiing up there.
