anorak's on flight??

Hi all,
This has had me scratching my head for a few weeks now.
Do you get anorak's that sit next to you on a flight.
Are you one of the people that sit on a bus and a person get's on with a wet anorak on and makes stright for the seat next to you, even if there are 40 seat's empty.
Why is this
Have I got a anorak magnet inside me ? If so how can I remove it or can I give it to someone else.

well you and me both if theirs a crank out there you can guarantee they find me i usually try to passify them but more often than that they get a short sharp f..koff that normally does the trick

But what about on a flight?
Is it o.k to ask them to get off or can I throw the anorak out of the plane
