another flight change

Just got a letter from the travel agent, our outbound flight manchester to sofia is now going to plovdiv, same day but 40 mins earlier, "due to poor support". The return flight is still sofia - manchester but 1 hour later.

This is with Balkan holidays.

Looks like we will have the slopes to ourselves.

Hi Dave,

What date are you flying, we are also with Balkan, already booked to fly to Plovdiv
then coach to Pamporovo as usual on the 24th Jan. 2004. We have not been
informed of a flight change YET!!! Mind you Plovdiv is so much easier, shorter coach transfer.

our Dublin flight is also now going to Plovdiv.. due to 'poor support'.. don't know what this means except that we don't reach Borovets until 3am.. nasty...

I would think that 'poor support' means that the Sofia flight has been cancelled due to lack of passengers, and you have been transfered onto the Plovdiv flight.

Don't envy your long journey, but it will be worth it.

we too had our flight out from manchester to plovdiv on the 3rd or jan moved from 11.35 back to 10 20, and out return flight on the 10th moved from 9.05 to 8.05!!!!! what the hell kind of time will we have to get up now!!!!!!!
