Ahh.. very good clever clogs!!Well i like the mystery box now it's open & guess it must be a clue as to how to escape the room - however i don't understand... give me 3 hours and i might get there!!

solution (only read if really stuck)
get ring from on top of draws, get tape from under draws, open and close curtains sevral times to get second ring, get key off window sill get metal bar from top of bed get key from under pillow, get battery from foot of bed, unlock both draws and get box and power cable, plug power cable into stereo and get key from stereo draw, open top draws and get cd case and paper, goto address on paper to get number.
put rings and metal bar in red box, open box, put tape and battery in red box then ...

put rings and metal bar in red box, open box, put tape and battery in red box then watch video click where video indicates to reveal safe put number in safe then use last key to open, take screwdriver, use on door to escape
