A chap goes to the doctor with a rear end complaint.
"Good morning Mr Phyle. How can I help you today then?" says Dr Tickle.
"Well Dr there seems to be something suprising hanging from below and I'm thinking that it might be a lettuce leaf." explains Mr Phyle.
"If you don't mind dropping your trousers Mr Phyle and we'll have a wee look to see what the bother is".
After a look the doctor says "Well yes I can confirm there is a lettuce leaf hanging from where it should'nt; which is ...
