go to pamps in 3 weeks snow will be here by then i hope.just booked 4 day ski break in austria in march keeping fingers crossed for weather there, anyone been?

went to St Snton. It was great. Mountain was amazing but very expensive everywhere.re: another ski holiday
went to St Anton that should read. and that was last year.I think I'll stick to Canada in future so don't have to watch the snow reports.

In Austria at moment. Ski Welt area. Been here since 10th. Snow cover is poor with only Scheffau skiable in this area. It is like Springtime here with green fields and warm sunny days. Hopefully if you are going to somewhere high altitude near Innsbruck (where I spent the day shopping instead of sking) things will be better.I am going to Pamporovo March 3 so fingers crossed.

Went to Kimberley & Banff area in feb last year and it hadn't snowed for a month in Kimberly, nice n' quiet icing runs - then went to the Banff area and like wise it hadn't snowed for a month when we showed up - it snowed for around 3hrs on the mountain whilst we were at Sunshine on the last day and everything on the mountain slowed down like we were in time warp - everyone headed for the cafes and it took 45 minutes to find a seat and another 20mins to get to the loo - Canada isn't perfect ...
