re: anybody have information on the hotel pamporovo

Can only speak from personal experience but we stayed there last March and found it pretty good. It's not 5 star by UK standards and the decor was starting to look a little tired in places, but it is clean, the food was a nice buffet and plenty of it with another a-la-carte rerstaurant if you want it, the bars and foyer are a pleasant place to have a couple of drinks on your way to get changed for dinner with a real fire blazing all evening (might be gas but it looked real enough), there is ...

The pool area is nice too. All in all it was a good place to stay and a great introduction to Bulgarian ski resorts. Must have been OK as we have booked to go back again next March. Hope you have a great time.

Stayed there a couple of times, it is nice.
There is a bowling bar on the ground floor, for 10 pin bowling, has pool tables in there as well, and chess sets etc. Also an Irish pub downstairs, does food in there also. And there is a night club in the basement. They provide towels, but I think you might need to take your own for the pool, or hire one of theirs. Mini bar is reasonably priced.
Owt else you want to know?

Stayed in the pomporovo last christmas and in my opinion it is the best hotel in Pamps! We have booked again for two weeks from boxing day this year so thaat must say something, We looked at hotel murgavets while we were there and the pomporovo was definately more luxurious.
The reception area is great with an open fire and the staff helpfull and attentive.
The maid service for the bedrooms was first class and if your a bit lazey and don't hang your cloths up you will find ...
